It has been specifically designed for radar applications.
Each 2.5 kW module is provided with 4 output in order to alternatively feed different sections of an antenna array.

A modular forced air cooled amplifier module capable of up to 8 kW output power in the frequency range 140 – 180 MHz.
It has been specifically designed for radar applications.
Each 2.5 kW module is provided with 4 output in order to alternatively feed different sections of an antenna array.

It has been designed to keep working with unchanged performances in the most severe environments.
It accepts CW, Pulsed, Sweep, Multi-tone and barrage input signal.
A state of the art pallet based on the best of market LDMOS technology.
It reaches up to 1.8 kW output power In pulsed mode and it is capable to bear 100% reflection with no need of circulator.
Thanks to the reduced footprint, high efficiency and output power, it is the ideal brick to build very high power amplifiers with unimagined small size.
 

This 8.5 GHz – 9.5 GHz 150 W amplifier is based on GaN technology and it uses an extremely rugged component to guarantee outstanding performance in any condition and under any circumstances.
The peculiar design of the heat sink grants excellent heat exchange allowing the amplifier to work within the optimal temperature range.
It also features two D-sub 9 interfaces for control and monitoring purpose.
