ETIK amplifier module model ETK-HPAXB150 belongs to ETIK high power amplifier line.

The frequency range runs from 8.5 to 9.5 GHz thus making the fire control radar system its perfect field of applications although it can also be used for other purposes among which the scientific ones.
Designed on microstrip technology and provided with the latest generation of rugged GaN transistors it allows achieving unrivalled overall reliability performance. It provides 150 W output power (pulsed) over the entire working bandwidth.

The amplifier heat sink has been designed with an optimised fins structure to benefit as much as possible of the air flow and keep the amplifier within the optimal working temperature range over all times and conditions.
It features also two D-Sub-9 type interfaces for power supply and monitoring purpose.

Power supply presence, input and output voltages, VSWR alarm and temperature are all available for real time monitoring.
